I'm looking for a mature, employed individual, preferably male, gut no limited. Although all applicants will be considered if they are a good fit. Applicants should be at least 30 years of age or older, to share with a 50 years roomie.

Shared accommodation with an African Canadian male.
* Parking is available for an additional $100/month(outdoors) - building management fee.

First and last month's rent are required.

House Rules:
- Absolutely no smoking (including outside the building).
- No loud gatherings or parties.
- Must be clean or tidy up after themselves (your mama is not here)
- Maximum occupancy is two people ONLY. No three person sharing but, are welcome to visit'
