Hiring: Full-Time Mobile Repair Technician & Sales Associate

Location: Mobilinq, Stone Road Mall, Guelph, ON

Mobilinq is looking for an experienced Mobile Repair Technician & Sales Associate to join our team full-time. If you have experience repairing smartphones and enjoy working with customers, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay:

* Competitive base pay
* Commission on every sale
* Paid by payroll or cash (depending on eligibility)

Job Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and repair smartphones (screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, back glass, etc.)
* Assist customers with repairs, products, and service inquiries
* Sell phones, accessories, IPTV subscriptions, and other store products
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Keep the store clean, organized, and professional
* Manage day-to-day store operations when needed

Requirements:

* Previous experience in mobile phone repair is required
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Sales experience is an asset
* Honest, reliable, punctual, and motivated
* Able to work independently and in a team environment
