Position: Client Care Coordinator & Assistant

Part-Time to Start | Tuesdays & Thursdays | 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Since 2012, The Skin Room has been dedicated to providing exceptional skin treatments and an outstanding client experience. We believe every interaction matters, from the first phone call to the moment a client walks out our doors. Client care isn’t just part of what we do. It’s at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.

This role begins as a part-time position and has the opportunity to grow into a full-time career supporting both The Skin Room and Atmosphera, our skincare brand.

If you’re someone who enjoys staying organized, and takes pride in making things happen behind the scenes, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming clients and creating a warm, professional experience from the moment they arrive
• Managing appointments, client communication, and daily front desk operations
• Assisting Katelyn with administrative tasks and special projects
• Supporting projects for Atmosphera, our skincare brand
• Creating and scheduling social media content for The Skin Room
• Maintaining inventory and retail displays
• Helping keep the clinic organized, clean, and running efficiently

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, polished, and genuinely enjoys caring for people
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, Canva, and creating social media content
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Detail-oriented
• Passionate about skincare, wellness, and creating memorable client experiences

Experience in aesthetics, retail, hospitality, or customer service is an asset, but personality, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
