$3000.00 Very nice trailer. Almost 12 feet long when closed and about 20 ft long when opened. No rips or tears. Nice pull down full door. Easy to put up. crank is easy to get at up front and you you dont need alot of cranks to get it up all the way. Sorry but we will not be putting the trailer up. We are seniors and too busy plus we dont have the energy. Thanks Carolyn 780-920-4870
