Loader Operator – Winter Operations
TDC Contracting is looking to hire experienced Loader Operators to join our growing Winter Operations team.
We are seeking dependable, safety-focused professionals who take pride in their equipment and are committed to providing exceptional snow and ice management services. What We Offer
•$36.00–$42.00 per hour (based on experience)
•Assigned wheel loader for the season
•Assigned commercial snow routes
•Premium commercial and institutional properties
•Designated snow storage areas for safe and efficient operations
•Hydraulic snow pushers on all loaders

Responsibilities
•Safely operate a wheel loader equipped with a hydraulic snow pusher
•Clear snow from commercial parking lots and roadways to company standards
•Stack and relocate snow as required
•Accurately complete daily snow event documentation and equipment logs
•Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
•Complete routine maintenance including fueling, greasing, cleaning, and daily machine care
•Maintain a clean and professional appearance of your assigned equipment
•Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and site-specific requirements
•Communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors throughout your shift
Requirements
•Minimum 2 years of experience operating a wheel loader with a snow pusher
•Experience with hydraulic snow pushers is considered an asset
•Valid Class G driver's licence with reliable transportation
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Strong work ethic and attention to detail
•Transportation to and from work
•Available to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays
•Must be available for 24/7 on-call winter operations
•Able to work extended shifts during snow events
•Comfortable working safely in severe winter weather conditions
•Commitment to safe equipment operation and protecting client property
