I suggested to a friend to buy this laptop. We purchased it in April 2026 from Amazon. But I know that she's not happy with the 14" screen. As her previous one was a 15". Plus, the hard drive on this laptop is very small and cannot be upgraded. I bought a new Asus laptop for myself, and gave her my mint condition Asus laptop, that I had. She is a heavy smoker, so this laptop does smell a bit like cigarette smoke. I cleaned it as best as I could. On the lid, there are some smudges on it, that I cannot remove. Comes with everything it originally came with. And I will include a 64GB memory stick which is the 'Recovery Disk' for this laptop. Laptop has been Reset, and is ready for the next owner to complete, the initial setup of Windows 11. Paid $303.45 for this laptop.
