Willing 2 Ninja Athletics is an established ninja warrior obstacle course training facility for kids ages 1-14 , located in Armstrong, BC. The facility features two bays of hanging obstacles, a commercial climbing wall, vinyl parkour equipment, and more. Programs include weekly structured classes grouped by age and ability, drop-in classes, birthday parties, field trips, team events, and a mobile program delivered directly to schools.

Revenue and profitability have grown steadily, with the business heading into its third year in the current location this September. Seasonal average enrollment is up 11% (120 to 133 students) and peak enrollment is up 13% (143 to 162 students), with every month this year outperforming the same month last year. Growth has come almost entirely from word-of-mouth, repeat families, school partnerships, and organic marketing rather than paid advertising. The iClassPro database holds 564 families and 771 student profiles built up over the years.

LEASE
The facility operates under a newly signed 5-year lease (August 2026-2031) with an option to renew for another 5 years at the current rate plus standard annual increases. The lease is assignable to a new owner with landlord approval, and the relationship with the landlord is excellent.

OWNER INVOLVEMENT
The current owner works approximately 20 hours per week on average, covering coaching, admin, payroll, scheduling, and business management. A new owner can choose to keep coaching or step into a management role and delegate coaching to existing trained staff. No certification is legally required to operate a ninja training business in Canada; coaches meet standard safety requirements (Vulnerable Sector Check, Level C First Aid/CPR, Safe Sport training).

Not included: mobile equipment transport (truck/trailer) and off-site equipment storage - a new owner will need to arrange their own solution for both.
