SAFE Roadside is a Canadian, family-owned emergency roadside assistance provider serving the GTA, Peel, York, and Halton regions, with additional coverage in Hamilton. We specialize in rapid-response services including tire changes and repairs, battery boosts, lockouts, and fuel delivery. Our fleet is equipped with quality equipment, and our technicians are trained to deliver safe, professional, and dependable service around the clock — 24/7/365.
We're expanding our team and looking for self-motivated drivers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-hazard environment and take pride in being the person who shows up when someone needs help most.

The Role
As a Roadside Assistance Driver, you'll be the calm, capable solution for motorists facing stressful situations — providing timely, safe service for tire issues, battery boosts, lockouts, and fuel delivery. This is a hands-on, on-the-road role suited to someone who is punctual, mechanically inclined, and genuinely enjoys turning a driver's bad day around.

What You'll Do
Respond promptly to dispatched service calls across Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, and surrounding areas
Perform tire changes/repairs, battery boosts, lockout assistance, and fuel delivery
Assess and resolve common vehicle issues efficiently and safely
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, often under pressure
Maintain a professional, dependable presence — punctuality is non-negotiable

What We're Looking For
Valid G-Class driver's license (required)
Clean driving abstract (asset)
5 years driving experience (preferred)
2 years automotive repair experience (preferred)
Strong English language skills — reading, writing, and speaking (required)
Mechanically inclined (asset)
Comfortable using smartphones/apps efficiently for dispatch app
Excellent customer service skills, with patience and empathy under pressure
Based in or near Oakville, Burlington, or Hamilton (required)

Compensation & Perks
Pay by commission — pay per call, the more calls you handle, the more you earn
Profit sharing for additional services performed on the road

Flexible schedule — 12-hour shifts
