284 Art Studios has provided affordable workspace to Vancouver artists, makers and small creative businesses since 2017. We currently have several private, lockable studios available with 24/7 key-fob access.

CURRENT AVAILABILITY

• Two 90 sq. ft. private studios: $434.70/month each, including GST
• One 195.4 sq. ft. private studio: $857.67/month, including GST

Utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi and building amenities are included in the monthly rent.

All currently available studios have four walls, a locking door and electrical outlets.

The initial lease term is six months, followed by month-to-month tenancy. A deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. These are working studios and cannot be used as living spaces.

We try to keep the building reasonably clean and dust-free, so indoor woodworking is not permitted. Woodworking may be done outside in the loading area. Some specialized work may require approval, ventilation or additional insurance.

Studios can be painted and personalized. Tenants may also teach classes with prior approval and appropriate liability insurance.
