SEASONAL HARVEST EMPLOYEE – GRAIN CART OPERATOR

Larsen Family Farm Ltd. is looking for a dependable seasonal employee to join our team for the 2026 harvest season.

Location: Near Aylsham, Saskatchewan
Employment Period: Approximately September 1 – November 1, 2026

Primary Responsibilities

* Operate a modern Case IH Quadtrac tractor and Brent grain cart during harvest.
* Assist with equipment servicing and daily maintenance.
* Support harvest operations and general farm duties as required.
* Help maintain a safe, efficient harvest operation.

The Ideal Applicant Will

* Have experience operating large agricultural equipment.
* Be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
* Be willing to work extended hours during harvest when weather and crop conditions require.
* Take pride in operating and caring for equipment.
* Communicate well and work effectively as part of a harvest team.
* Hold a valid driver’s licence.
* Class 1A licence and/or grain farming experience is considered an asset.
