I have one black high powered desk fans. This unit is a high quality desk fan with a three speed control switch. It has a full 90 degree oscillation and is adjustable up and down. The four blades are metal as is the cage around the blades. The motor is super quiet and the body of the unit is made from cast iron NOT plastic.
