Located right in the heart of vibrant Leslieville, our vibrant Mexican restaurant is all about bold flavors, incredible agave spirits, and an energetic, welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. We pride ourselves on authentic hospitality, killer margaritas, and an awesome team culture.

We are currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable Bartender/Server who shares our passion for Mexican cuisine and cocktail culture to join our front-of-house team!

What You'll Be Doing

* Crafting Cocktails: Shake up top tier margaritas, craft cocktails, and serve up cold cervezas and a great selection of tequila and mezcal.
* Providing Stellar Service: Greet guests warmly, guide them through our food and drink menus, make confident recommendations, and ensure every table or bar guest has a fantastic experience.
* Operating POS: Ring in orders efficiently and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
* Maintaining the Space: Keep the bar area, dining room, and service stations clean, stocked, and meticulously organized throughout your shift.
* Teamwork: Work closely with the kitchen and floor staff to keep service smooth and seamless during busy weekend rushes.

What We Are Looking For

* Experience: Minimum [1–2 years] of recent experience as a bartender and/or server in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting. (Knowledge of tequila, mezcal, and Mexican cuisine is a huge asset!)
* Certifications: Valid Smart Serve certification (required).
* Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a positive, calm attitude under pressure.
* Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Vibe: A true team player with a passion for hospitality who loves the energy of the Leslieville community.
