Bit is a 12 year old ranch mare who has been one of our main rides for the last 9 years. She's great in the pens pushing cows and calves. Excellent at opening and closing gates. She has mostly been a heeling horse but handles a heading rope well. Not afraid of bulls. Smooth in all gaits. She has checked a lot of fence and pasture and is not afraid to ride out alone. She will go all day, she has good feet and legs, and is good for the farrier. She loads easily. She pretty much does it all. She is what they call a smoky black color and is very good looking, a horse you can be proud to ride. We have a few up and coming young horses that need rode now which is why we are selling her, not enough time to ride them all.
