PD Moore Homes Inc is hiring one full time permanent Construction Site Supervisor for various project site locations in Burnaby & Vancouver. Salary is $50k per year.

Duties:

Supervise, plan, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in construction of Laneway Homes and Duplex projects

Manage, inspect and monitor the workflow and activities to meet work schedules and deadlines

Must be able to do minor carpentry items. Although trades are hired for 99% of the scope of work, there will be times a site will need minor work to ensure the project is not delayed.

Being able to read architecture plans is a key assest but we can train this portion if the duties.

Report to senior manager of progress
Supervise the orderliness and cleanliness of work area

Qualifications:

Completion of secondary school
5 years of experience in construction or related field
Moderate English language proficiency
Ability to self manage

A company vehicle is provided with tools
