Hi! I have one extra single for available starting AUGUST 1st – (Co-sign for one year). The unit is located downtown by Mutual St. and Dundas St. It is a 1-year lease, $980 /month.



We are looking for female a roommate (age 23-30) studying/working professional that is neat, quiet, and mature. There will be a roommate compatibility form/screening that will be sent out to those that are interested.



✨A little bit about me ✨ – Hi! I am 25F currently working professionally downtown. I love fellowship and really enjoy spending my free time studying the Bible, reading, singing, arts & craft, and dancing (bachata, hip hop, anything!).


I would describe myself as soft/quiet/bubbly and enjoy destressing with quiet time when I don’t have friends over. I am looking forward to living with someone who shares a similar temperament, enjoys community, and hosting occasional activities with!
