Lotus Cleaning Co. is a locally owned cleaning home organization business. We’re hiring an experienced Cleaning Technician who takes pride in detailed work, is willing to learn our processes, and finishes every clean with a strong QA (quality assurance) routine so every home is left top notch.

Schedule (Preferred) Flexibility
- Preferred availability: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (weekday daytime)
- We’re willing to be flexible for working moms (share what hours you can do—we’ll do our best to build a schedule that works)

Pay & Perks
- Starting wage: $18.50–$19.00/hour
- Paid training
- Paid Travel 

Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Valid driver’s license reliable vehicle (required)
- Professional cleaning experience (residential preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in “finished” results
- Willingness to learn and follow new processes/checklists
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Physically able to handle cleaning tasks (bending, lifting, stairs, etc.)
- Must have a smartphone with data (or be willing to get this set up). We use an app for scheduling and clocking in/out.

What you’ll do
- Provide high-quality residential cleaning (regular deep cleans depending on the booking)
- Follow client notes and Lotus standards/checklists
- Use our end-of-clean priority process (final walkthrough touch-ups) to ensure top-notch QA
- Communicate clearly about timing, supply needs, and anything unusual at the job
- Represent Lotus with professionalism, kindness, and respect in every home

Our QA standard (what “top notch” means here)
At the end of each clean, you’ll:
- Re-check the highest-impact areas (kitchen bathrooms first)
- Scan for streaks, missed spots, and floors
- Confirm the checklist is complete and the home feels truly reset
- Flag anything unusual (damage, maintenance issues, supply needs) right away
