We're currently looking for a fourth roommate to bring into our epic communal home in Chelsea. We're halfway between Chelsea and Wakefield, just a couple mins off the highway and 25 mins to downtown Ottawa.

The house is an amazing custom built home nestled beautifully in nature. home Imagine this: you wake up to a huge window full of trees. There's a trail out your back door and the river is a short walk away. Downstairs, an infrared sauna.

We're three men all in our 30s who initially met at an Ottawa men's group. We love living communally. It makes life easier and richer. We cook together, head into nature, play games together, and check in on each other. We host occasional pot lucks. We believe life is better with friends close by.

One of our roommates has just moved out to a new home with his partner who are expecting a baby very shortly. And so now there's an opportunity to come join us in this beautiful home.

We're looking for someone starting Sept 1st until July 1, 2027 (when the owners move back into this epic home).

The details:
- Where: Beautiful custom-built home right off the highway between Chelsea and Wakefield
- Rent: $1,090/month — all-in (utilities internet included, no surprises)
- Term: 10 months, Sept 1 2026 → July 1 2027 (option to move in late August)
- Your room: Gorgeous huge window looking out on nature. Comes furnished with a bed and dresser if you need it, or empty if you've got your own. Rest of the house is already furnished — bring yourself.
- Living spaces: All shared
- Bonus: Infrared sauna in the basement
- Dogmate (already hired): Onyx, our hypoallergenic dog

Who we're looking for:
Three men in our 30s looking for another responsible guy who's genuinely excited about community living. Not just co-existing — actually living together. We do weekly check-ins to sort collective chores, make sure everyone's happy in the home, and clear the air if something comes up. It works because we put effort into it.
