Full time maintenance man required for residential housing property in Saskatoon. Duties to include but not limited to - move in and move out inspections - annual unit inspections,/smoke, co detector inspections - snow removal on sidewalks around the property - lawn care in summer including grass cutting, arranging for weed control, monitoring sprinkler system Experience is required in the following areas: - carpentry - prepping, taping, mudding and painting - light plumbing, toilet and tap repairs/replacement - minor electrical, changing light fixtures, outlets and switches - small appliance repair, fridges/stoves - some knowledge of furnace/water heaters This is a full time position to start immediately, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Your own truck would be an asset and a vehicle allowance can be discussed.
