We are looking for experienced carpenters to join our busy team. We complete a variety of projects including new build/additions, kitchens, bathrooms, decks and custom cabinetry and we need to expand our crew to keep up with our busy schedule.
You must be reliable and adaptable, able to meet project deadlines, and eager to impress! You will need your own transport & tools as we carry out projects throughout the Halifax & Dartmouth area.
You will be interpreting drawings & specifications, scheduling workloads, instructing/coaching other employees, liaising with customers & subtrades, and carrying out a wide range of tasks such as framing, installing cabinetry & vanities, constructing decks, trim works and window/door installation.
We use cloud-based applications for project management and safety so you must be proficient with current technology.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Salary will be dependent upon experience and will be discussed at interview. You will receive 2 weeks paid vacation (increasing to 3 weeks after 8 years service) in addition to the mandatory paid statutory holidays. Medical & dental benefits are offered after completion of a probationary period.
