cleaning company. We're growing fast and need a reliable full-time
technician to work alongside the owner across Calgary and surrounding
areas.

COMPENSATION
$18/hour tips
Typical weekly pay: $400-$800
Bi-weekly direct deposit through proper payroll
WCB covered (insured if hurt on the job)
90-day wage review — reliable techs move up

SCHEDULE
Full-time, year-round
4-7 days per week
Availability required: Monday through Sunday

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ride along on residential and commercial carpet cleaning jobs
- Load and unload cleaning equipment
- Help move furniture in customer homes
- Learn hot water extraction (full training provided)
- Represent The Cleaning Bros professionally in customer homes
- Growth path: potential to run solo jobs after 1-3. (Make more money)

REQUIREMENTS
✓ 18 years or older
✓ Must have your own reliable vehicle
✓ Valid Class 5 driver's license
✓ Legally allowed to work in Canada
✓ English fluency (comfortable communicating with customers)
✓ Reachable by text and phone
✓ Willing to complete a criminal record check
✓ Physically capable (lift 40 lbs, on feet 6 hours)
✓ Clean-cut, respectful, comfortable in customer homes
✓ Reliable — this is a paid job, not a vibe check
✓ Available full-time year-round (not seasonal, not just summer)

BONUS IF YOU HAVE
- Previous cleaning, restoration, or trades experience
- WHMIS training
- Physical labor stamina
