Assistant/Manager, Full-Time / Part-Time Team Member

Qualifications
Excellent hospitality and customer service skills (required)
Previous experience at Tahini's is preferred
Experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment is an asset
Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physically capable of lifting supplies and performing active, hands-on tasks
Willing to assist with daily cleaning and scheduled deep-cleaning duties
Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests with a friendly and professional attitude
Prepare food according to company recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary restaurant at all times
Support teammates during busy periods and ensure smooth operations
Restock inventory, lift supplies, and assist with general restaurant duties
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
