Inside Sales / Order Desk Representative

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Mississauga team in an Inside Sales / Order Desk role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Accurately enter and quote customer orders
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with our established client base
Please note: This position does not involve cold calling.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in fasteners or related industrial sales is considered an asset
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an asset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
This is a junior / entry-level opportunity offering room for growth within our company.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Starting salary: $45,000 per year
• Benefits package available after three months of employment
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Full Time Days, Monday to Friday 8am to 430 pm
