ABW Building Services is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing commercial cleaning company.

This position is ideal for an individual or a couple looking for part-time work with the opportunity for additional hours as the company continues to grow.

Position Details

* Approximately 5–6 hours once
Per week.
* Commercial office cleaning
* Located near 99 Street & 51
Avenue.
* Wage: Negotiable based on
Experience.

A second weekly cleaning contract (approximately 2–3 hours) may also become available for the right applicant, with additional opportunities as our client base expands.

* Reliable and dependable
* Honest and trustworthy
* Detail-oriented with pride in their
work.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Friendly, professional, and respectful of client property
* Physically able to perform cleaning duties

Commercial Cleaning Duties Include:

* Vacuuming and mopping floors
* Dusting and disinfecting surfaces
* Cleaning washrooms and kitchens
* Emptying garbage and recycling
* General office cleaning and detailing

Valuable Experience (Assets)

Experience in any of the following would be considered a strong asset:

* Floor stripping and waxing
* Auto scrubber operation
* Professional window cleaning
* Carpet and upholstery cleaning
* Floor finishing or restoration
* Other commercial cleaning
experiences.

Requirements

* Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
* Must be legally able to work in Canada.
* Reliable transportation is an asset.
* A satisfactory Criminal Record Check will be required before employment.
