Being sold as is. Yes, needs work so you should have mechanical experience. Yes, the mileage is correct. This is the car owned by an old lady who is currently 95 and hasn't driven it for several years. Requires brakes and exhaust work. Also has a cracked windshield. Air conditioner is still blowing cold! There is an electrical problem that causes the door locks to go up and down.
