OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Siding Installer to join an existing crew. If you have a background in siding installation and are skilled in installing Vinyl and Metal Siding as well as Soffit, Fascia and cladding we want to hear from you. Experience in James Hardie would be an asset.

DUTIES:
- Install all siding materials with attention to detail and pride in workmanship on residential renovation as well as new construction single family AND multi-Family builds.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed
- Use hand tools effectively for cutting, measuring, and shaping materials
- Apply Tyvek, caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing
- Strong ability to handle heavy lifting and perform manual labor
- Collaborate with the team as well as other trades to complete projects efficiently and with the highest quality workmanship in mind
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment while complying with all OH&S requirements and working within our COR Safety Program as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship is a MUST
- Clean (No drugs or Alcohol)
- Punctual and dependable, Willing to work long hours during busy season
- Some weekends required to meet Builders deadlines
- Drivers License preferred but at minimum the ability to be at the shop on-time to meet your crew.

ADDITIONAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- Fall Arrest Certificate
- Elevated Platforms Certificate
