Requirements:

Ontario structural exterminator or technician license (required)
Real field experience — you know how to diagnose a job, not just follow a checklist
Own reliable vehicle (mileage paid)
Valid G license, comfortable in attics, crawlspaces, on ladders
Professional with clients — you're often the only face of the company they meet

What the job looks like:

Residential and commercial pest control across Ottawa (insects, rodents)
Some ongoing commercial/IPM accounts with steady repeat work
Manage your own route and schedule once you're up and running
