I will post pictures of the room tomorrow it is on the second floor of a renovated townhouse the townhouse has all laminate wood looking floors total space between the two floors would be about 1200 square feet there is a full basement but it is unfinished there is a washer and dryer down there but it is a large space for storage there's 12 ft ceilings concrete floors there is space if one wanted to put a little rec room or a weight room or just use it for storage the backyard is fenced and faces a huge field across the field is a school so it's very peaceful and private there are lots of walking trails and bike paths the biking paths can take you pretty much all the way down town there are excellent bus routes three buses that would take you to the Woodvale LRT and also to melons town center and other locations no more mall is one block away from the fresco and also has Shoppers Drug Mart a food court doctors and dentist offices Service Canada Petro Canada Subway Money Marts Dollarama and other small shops are available including your travel agent it is a very peaceful and safe neighborhood being so close to the train you can get downtown within 20 minutes also lift one Uber are very inexpensive I take an Lyft to Millwoods Town Center and it cost me 475 just a dollar more than it would have bus ticket and I would have to take multiple buses I am a 50 year old young female I do smoke so there is smoking in the home so if you're a smoker that's great you won't mind the smoking after someone that smoking bothers you then this is probably not the best place for you to me I only smoke on the main floor in the bedrooms are on the second floor Wi-Fi is included in the rent also heat and water are also included in the rent you may put a small refrigerator in your room if you like and it's up to you to purchase your own food and beverages the place is furnished for everything in the kitchen the bedroom upstairs has a single bed I was also considering possibly renting with the basement for a lower rate so if anybody's interested and that's it would be easy to fix up a little bit and would be very comfortable and lots of space you can call me at 780-904-8307 or 587-850-2522 thank you very much netflix incl
