The tenant must be clean and responsible female. There's a bus stop just a two-minute walk away (Which I daily take to go to UPEI).

The apartment is furnished and has only two bedrooms (one of them is mine), so no tenants are living here. It's very quiet and located in a peaceful area, perfect for studying or working.

No partying, no visitors, and no pets allowed!
