What You’ll Do
* Client Support: Meet with clients, answer questions, provide account assistance, and educate them on tailored financial products and services.
* Relationship Building: Establish trust and cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with clients.
* Team Operations: Maintain a collaborative, high-energy environment while supporting day-to-day branch operations.
* Leadership & Coaching (Trainers): Onboard, mentor, and guide new associates, helping them build skills and excel within the company.
Who We’re Looking For
* Strong Communicators: Excellent interpersonal skills with an approachable, professional demeanor.
* Goal-Oriented Learner: Self-motivated individuals who are reliable and eager to acquire new skills.
* Team Player: Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset (leadership experience or potential is key for Trainer roles).
* Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
* Experience: Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is an asset, but not mandatory.
