Position: Restaurant Manager
Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Wage: $36.00/hour
Hours: 37.5–44 hours per week
Schedule: Morning, day and weekend shifts
Start: As soon as possible

Work Location: On-site
Petro Canada is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Address customer’s complaints or use of facilities
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
• College/CEGEP education
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills
• Reliable, flexible, accurate and efficient
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Team-oriented approach
• Ability to work on-site
• Criminal record check may be required
