Northern Spirit Co. is looking for an experienced Budtender to join our team!

We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, knowledgeable about cannabis products, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Position: Budtender
Pay: $20/hour
Availability: Part-time & Full-time positions available

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
Educate customers on cannabis products and consumption options
Assist customers with product selection
Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
Follow all store policies and applicable cannabis regulations
Qualifications

Previous cannabis retail/budtending experience preferred
Strong knowledge of cannabis products
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, professional and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
