Description
CNC Machining Apprentice / Entry-Level CNC Operator
No Experience? No Problem. Bring Your Work Ethic.

Are you the kind of person who likes working with your hands, figuring things out, and learning how things work?

We're looking for young, motivated people who want to build a real career in skilled manufacturing. Experience is an asset, but attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn matter more.

We are a service-based CNC shop where no two days are exactly the same. You'll be exposed to a wide variety of machines, materials, jobs, and challenges while working alongside experienced machinists who take pride in the skills they've spent years developing.

What You'll Learn

You'll have the opportunity to work with:

3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machining
CNC lathes
Boring mills
Complex setups and workholding
CNC programming and setup
CAD/CAM and toolpath development
3D printing and additive manufacturing
Inspection and precision measurement
Different metals, plastics, and materials
Troubleshooting machines and solving real-world machining problems
Custom one-off parts, prototypes, production work, and challenging jobs

This Isn't Just a Job

We want to help you build a career.

You'll learn directly from people who have spent years developing their machining, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. You'll be encouraged to ask questions, understand why something works, and eventually take on more responsibility as your skills grow.

If you're mechanically inclined and enjoy the satisfaction of taking a problem and figuring out how to make it work, this is an environment where you can thrive.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is
Hard working and dependable
Hands-on and mechanically inclined
Curious and willing to learn
Comfortable working with tools and machinery
A good problem solver
Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
Willing to start at the bottom and earn their way up
Interested in developing a long-term skilled trade career

Previous CNC experience is NOT required. We can teach machining. What we can't teach is work ethic, curiosity, and pride in doing a job right.

Build Skills. Build Confidence. Build a Career.

If you're looking for something more than standing around doing the same task every day, come learn a trade where your skills become more valuable every year.
