This is a planned hiring opportunity for a live-in Property Manager. Our current on-site manager will be retiring after many years of service, and we are beginning our search early to find the right long-term replacement.

The manager's three-bedroom home is not currently vacant. Once the successful applicant has been selected, the home will become available in accordance with the requirements of the British Columbia Residential Tenancy Act. We are recruiting in advance to allow time to find the best candidate and ensure a smooth transition.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This position is ideal for a mature individual or couple who enjoys tenant relations, rental marketing, administration and routine building maintenance. The successful applicant may receive up to a $1,000 monthly rent reduction based on experience, qualifications and agreed responsibilities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience advertising on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Rentals.ca, Liv.rent, Zumper and similar rental websites.
• Prepare leases, RTB paperwork and conduct move-in/move-out inspections.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Self-motivated—recognizes what needs to be done, takes the initiative to do it, and follows through without constant supervision.
• Interested in a long-term working relationship.
