We are actively looking for a service manager for our busy Bike and automotive shop. Someone who can oversee shop organization, direct the mechanics, and handle customer service. They apply professional automotive shop operations to manage high-volume repairs, organize workflows, and service electric bike systems. This job needs organizational skills, technical expertise, and leadership.

Main Duties: Lead, train, and schedule the repair team.
Apply automotive-style service writing and multi-point inspections.
Track shop key performance indicators (KPIs) like efficiency and turnaround time.
Test and fix complex e-bike motors, batteries, and software.
Manage parts inventory, supplier relationships, and vendor orders using shop software.
Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant, and highly organized workshop.
Handle customer intake, estimate approvals, and service updates.

Job Requirements:
Experience in automotive shop management or high-volume service writing.
Advanced organizational skills to handle dozens of active repair tickets.
Mastery of shop management workflows and digital tracking systems.
Knowledge of e-bike systems (Bosch, Shimano, Specialized).
Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to optimize shop layout and tool organization for maximum flow.

Experience using Lightspeed POS / Lightspeed Service Module.
