Blinds Concept is a growing custom window treatment company serving Atlantic Canada, offering premium brands including Hunter Douglas, Graber, and Norman. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Estimator / Measure & Consult Specialist to join our team.

What You'll Do
Travel to customers' homes to take precise measurements for blinds, shades, shutters, and other window treatments
Provide friendly, knowledgeable in-home consultations, helping customers choose the right products for their space
Accurately record measurements and consultation details, then bring that information back to the office
Support general office tasks as needed (order entry, follow-ups, administrative support)
What We're Looking For
A valid driver's license, with the ability to comfortably drive a pickup truck
Comfortable traveling to customer homes across the local service area
Strong attention to detail — precision in measuring matters
Good communication and people skills for in-home customer consultations
Organized and reliable, with basic comfort doing office work
No prior experience in window treatments required — full training provided
