The beef is from the family farm outside Redwater. We raise steroid, hormone and antibiotic free Angus beef. Grass fed and finished on certified organic hay.

Currently have a half available going in early September, that would be ready for delivery late September, early October. The price is $8.50 per pound hanging weight (all costs included for regular cut and wrap) which is provided by the butcher. You choose the cuts, steak thickness, roast weight, etc.

Also have some available 1/4s that are ready for delivery mid to late August. Price is $8.00 per pound hanging weight. Cutting instructions are already submitted. If you are interested contact me, and I can provide cut sheets showing what is available.

Slaughter is in a government inspected abattoir. I will deliver to Edmonton and area at no cost. (will deliver to further places for a fee, just call or text to confirm). Payment accepted cash or e-transfer on delivery.
