Housekeeper
I am looking for a reliable full-time housekeeper to help maintain my home and immediate surrounding areas. The ideal person can start immediately and is available for a live-out position, working approximately 30--40 hours per week.
The schedule needed is Monday through Saturday during the middle of the day and evening.
Responsibilities include general household cleaning and organization, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, bed making, linen changing, and maintaining a tidy, comfortable home. Duties also include kitchen cleaning, including dishes, cleaning the inside and outside of the fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, pantry, counters, and floors. Laundry, ironing, and rotating seasonal clothing in closets are also required.
I am also looking for help with meal preparation and service, including cooking for the family and occasionally serving during special events for family or guests. Additional tasks include receiving and serving guests, caring for household plants and garden plants, maintaining the pantry and clearing out expired or spoiled items, and helping maintain household security.
A valid driver's license is required, and you must be able to use your own car for the job.
