Work Location: Hybrid (Remote Work Local GTA Networking). Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario. While our primary hub is Toronto, this role is open to independent contractors residing anywhere across the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, Richmond Hill, Hamilton, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, and Pickering.

What You Will Do
• Hunt & Close: Prospect, pitch, and close SMB clients within the GTA and across Canada via phone, email, and video presentations.
• Consult & Demystify: Conduct discovery calls to show business owners exactly how AI can solve their operational bottlenecks and slash manual labor.
• Own Your Pipeline: Manage your entire sales cycle autonomously from cold outreach to signed agreement.
• Network Locally & Globally: Attend local GTA trade missions and business associations to build deep community roots, while scaling outreach nationally and globally.

The Seamless Sales Process
You create the opportunity; we deliver the technology.
1. Prospect and qualify high-potential businesses.
2. Schedule and conduct initial discovery meetings.
3. Introduce Samchel AI's core solutions.
4. Bring in the Founder for technical consultation and solution design.
5. Present the proposal and secure the contract.
6. Hand off to our team for implementation and client onboarding.
Note: You are never expected to handle technical delivery. We manage the implementation completely.

Lucrative Commission & Bonuses
This structure is built specifically to reward high-income producers.
• 20% upfront commission on all implementation/setup fees.
• 10% lifetime recurring commission on monthly service fees.
• No earning caps.
