Albino Male Hedgehog (Sonic)
Description
Male. Roughly 2 years old- his exact birth date is unknown, but he was born in 2024
All the essentials are included- even the food and bedding.
He's very shy at first- it will take a few weeks before he isn't afraid of you- don't worry, it's normal for adult hedgehogs.
I'm getting rid of him due to personal reasons but I care about him alot and want to make sure he goes to a good, prepared home.
I originally got him for 100 but I really just want to make sure he goes to a loving home.
I will also give you care instructions (just tips on how to bond with him, as it can be a challenge for him not to be scare of you for the first week)
-Q&A-
1. Does his spines hurt?
1 a. Only when he is scared - but the more you touch him, the more you get used to it- it's like playing guitar! When he's calm, all his quills rest flat against his back, so he isn't pokey at all. And no- they don't shoot out, that's just a porquepine thing lol.
2. Does he bite?
2a. When he feels threatened he will bite, but it doesn't hurt very much and doesn't leave a mark- it feels just like a pinch. He also likes to bite clothing and often won't let go- ill explain what to do when that happens when we meet.
3. Is he high maintenance?
3a. Honestly, not really. For the first week I do suggest you spend atleast 20 minutes of bonding time with him daily, just so that he gets used to you, but after that, all you have to do is just feed him and water him, and change his bedding weekly. He just chills in his cage for the most part.
