We are looking for a Part-Time / Fill-In Dispatcher to join our busy 24/7 Truck & Trailer Repair team in Mississauga, ON. This is an on-call position to provide coverage for: Vacation relief Sick days Other scheduling needs Hours will vary from week to week and may include: Days Afternoons Overnight shifts Weekends Responsibilities: Answer incoming service calls Dispatch technicians to roadside and shop repairs Communicate with customers and drivers Enter job details and maintain accurate records Coordinate with technicians throughout each service call Requirements: Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and phone skills Dispatch or transportation experience is an asset (training can be provided for the right candidate) Please Note: Starting wage is Ontario minimum wage, with opportunities for increased pay based on performance, reliability, and experience.
