Responsibilities:

Assist customers in-store, by phone, and through messages
Answer questions about products, pricing, orders, and delivery
Help customers with purchases and general inquiries
Follow up with customers when needed
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Keep customer information and orders organized

Requirements:

French speaking is required
Good communication skills
Friendly and professional attitude
Reliable and punctual
Basic computer skills
English is an asset
Customer service or retail experience is an asset
