We are looking for an experienced Fabric Cutter to join our window-covering manufacturing team. We are seeking someone dependable, punctual and interested in building a stable, long-term career with our company.

Applicants must have previous fabric-cutting experience in the window-covering industry or a similar manufacturing field. We need someone who can accurately measure, inspect and cut fabric in a fast-paced production environment.

Work Schedule and Pay:

Monday to Friday
Summer hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Winter hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Starting wage: $18 per hour

Responsibilities:

Measure and cut fabric accurately according to order specifications
Inspect fabric for flaws, damage or inconsistencies before cutting
Read measurements and production orders carefully
Operate fabric-cutting equipment safely
Maintain consistent quality and minimize fabric waste
Keep the cutting area clean and organized
Work efficiently to meet daily production deadlines

Requirements:

Previous fabric-cutting experience is required
Experience with blinds, shades, textiles, upholstery, drapery or a similar field is strongly preferred
Dependable, punctual and committed to consistent attendance
Interested in a stable, long-term position
Strong measuring skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Available for full-time work

This is a full-time, long-term position with an immediate start.
