Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Bilingual abilities and experience in technology or retail sales are highly valued to effectively connect with diverse clientele and promote our product offerings.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer interactions
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields; experience in technology sales is a plus
Multilingual or bilingual abilities (English required) to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening skills
Time management capabilities
Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
