Journeyman Carpenters, Apprentice, and Experienced in Concrete

Our work is integral to the construction of communication infrastructure, with projects encompassing reinforced concrete foundations, excavation, backfill and compaction, installation of reinforcing steel, precise setting of anchor bolts, underground conduit installations to aid infrastructure, and rough and final landscaping. Safety and communication with general contractors, site inspectors, and owners are our highest priorities.
**Key Responsibilities: **
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools.
- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of our clients.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures (OH&S requirements).
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with general contractors, site inspectors, and owners.
- Additional duties specific to each role:
- **Journeyman Carpenters: ** Extensive experience in concrete foundations.
- **Apprentice Carpenters: ** Assist with various construction tasks under the guidance of experienced carpenters.
- **Experienced Laborers: ** Support construction activities with a variety of manual tasks.
**Requirements: **
- Proven experience in construction or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Excellent physical stamina and dexterity.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- **Bonus: ** Ability to operate a track excavator and skid steer loader.
