We are two professionals with two kids, seeking a full-time permanent person for casual help around our home. We are a family of 4, living on Kochar Drive, off of Prince of Wales. We are offering $20 per hour, paid daily after each shift.
Over the past 30 plus years we have employed full-time staff for this work. The last 3 people we employed stayed with us for 6 to 12 years. They were all students when they started and left after finding their career path. Yes, we helped them find their careers. We are still friends today. We offer an enjoyable, positive and flexible work environment and therefore the people we hire stay a long time.
The work week is flexible – as long as you work 40 plus hours (or as many hours as you want). We are flexible on the start and end times and the days of the week you work.
The work involves everything from gardening, cleaning inside the home, cleaning outside the home, helping with shopping, cooking, helping with the kids school, lunches, painting, snow blowing, repairs, maintenance, help with parties, events, decorate for holiday events, errands, clean cars, etc..
The list of jobs is very long and there is always a job to be done at our home, thus the need to work 40 hours per week.
Experience is preferred, but if you have no or limited experience but a positive can-do attitude, we can mentor you in all the jobs. All our prior employees came with no experience, and left with an enormous amount of knowledge.
