27 foot travel trailer with rear bunks, in good shape for the year. It does have AC and everything works perfect. Tires are in ok shape, the awning is ok, no rips or leaks but showing a bit of age. The roof is in great shape, no leaks. I have priced this to sell quick as it is taking up room and need the space. I am not willing to move much on the price, as I bought it 2 years ago for $12000. 519-778-0098
