Alpacka Packraft Set Up (Canoe / Kayak Alternative)
Description
Selling my Alpacka Raft Packraft set up. (This ad is for the multicoloured raft - see other ad for yellow raft)
Includes:
* 1 Alpacka Packraft
* 1 inflatable seat for Packraft
* Aquabound lightweight Paddle (breaks down into 2 pieces)
* Air capture bag for inflating
* Ultralight electric pump for inflating (much faster than air capture bag)
* Lightweight Bailing device with rope and whistle (legally required for all watercraft)
* Patch kit
* Straps to wrap packraft when rolled, and use as tie downs for gear when raft is inflated.
* Drawstring lightweight bag that fits everything
Packs down to the size of a paper towel roll. Raft fits 1 person comfortably and a small child or dog can also fit without too much discomfort.
If you’re unfamiliar with packrafts, they’re essentially ultra durable inflatable kayaks / canoes. Made to pack down small and light to be easy to hike, backpack or travel with.
These things are a blast, they pack down super small and light and are easy to transport, great for backcountry exploring, one way hike / paddle trips, or just to save space on camping trips vs. Traditional canoe / kayaks.
Only selling because with kids, we’ve found we don’t use our rafts enough and we’ll soon outgrow their capacity when we want to take our kids on trips. Since I’ve owned them these things have been meticulously cared for. Always cleaned, washed and dried before storing, always stored uninflated and unrolled (better for raft not to get creases or bulges).
Price for full setup is 550$.
For an additional 100$ I can also include an Arc’teryx Alpha FL 45 dry bag backpack (see 3rd last pic) that is great for keeping gear in while on the raft, or storing the pack rafts when hiking. Great multi-use bag.
I also have 2 PFDs for sale (see last pics) that could be had for an additional 90$ (black NRS Vapor) or 70$ (Red NRS Vista)
My wife and I both had a packraft and both are for sale (see other ad) - if someone wanted to buy both with the dry bag and PFDs, there could be some sort of deal price worked out.
More photos upon request. Any questions feel free to reach out. Text, email or OKz.ca chat for fastest response.
