Your monthly rent varies from zero to maximum $500 in the form of groceries (market price for this accommodation is around $1500).

Each month I give you a shopping list (food and non-food), it could involve shopping between 1 to 3 supermarkets in downtown Mississauga (No frills, Fresco, Chinese supermarkets) . The month I don't need any grocery your rent for that month will be zero. Historically my average food and non-food grocery bill was under $400 per month. A trolly and boxes will be provided for you to transport the grocery from your car back home through the elevator. There will be no rent increase as long as you live here.

Brief information about me
===========================

I grew up in downtown Toronto as a teenager after immigrating from Hong Kong at age 16 where I spent my childhood and grew up motherless since 2 years old. I am the lone survivor among my sibling of 5. I am an electrical engineer from University of Toronto (downtown Toronto St. George campus). I took an early retirement from a big electronic company in the aerospace industry after 31 years of service, sold my 7-year new condo in downtown Toronto and moved to Mississauga.

I live a simple peaceful life. Melodious music is my important hobbies, it tones up my mental faculty and induces a sense of peace and tranquility in me. I play music in the living room frequently (Classical music, Instrumental, Oldies songs of the 60's to 80's). Occasionally I watch my huge collection of movies and films projected on the 120-inch big screen (Imax films, adventure films, travel films, documentary ..... Films and Movies such as How the Universe works, Star Wars, Black Hole, Sanctum, The Twilight Zone, Bear Grylls's Man vs Wild, Indiana Jones, James Bond, Journey to the center of the Earth (1959), The time machine, Andre Rieu classical concerts .......are just a fraction of my favorites). I like camping, vacationing in tropical islands, occasional picnic in parks by Lake Ontario, exercising and jogging in the woods twice a week to keep myself healthy and physically fit.
