Free website preview for your business — local, Midland
Description
Websites for local businesses. I build you a free preview first, so you can see it before deciding anything.
I'm Jake. I'm in Midland and I build websites for small businesses around North Simcoe — just me, not an agency, and not an offshore shop reselling a template.
You can judge the work yourself before contacting me. There are nine full builds at simcoewebstudio.ca — all clickable. Fair warning so nobody feels misled: they're demos of made-up businesses rather than real clients. But everything on them actually works — the booking, the ordering, the contact forms. Have a look on your phone, that's where it matters.
How it works
Tell me your business — name, what you do, roughly what you want.
I build you a real preview of your own site. Not a PDF mockup — an actual page you can pull up on your phone. Usually about three working days.
You like it, I move it onto your domain, sort the Google basics and hand you the keys. You don't, I take it down and you've paid nothing.
What it costs
From $1,500, one time. Single-page site with your services, trust signals and a working contact form.
Bigger builds — online booking, ordering, a proper multi-page site — cost more, and you get the number before I start anything.
No required monthly fees. There's an optional plan if you'd rather never touch the site yourself, but the site works fine without it.
The site goes on an account in your name, not mine. You own the hosting, the domain and the files.
If your current site was built years ago, doesn't load right on a phone, or doesn't exist at all — that's exactly the job.
