Pay is determined by the number of children you are willing to care for from your home. Can range from 1-6 total.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children in their own homes. This vital role involves caring for children of various ages, supporting their developmental needs, and ensuring their well-being through attentive caregiving, educational activities, meal preparation, and light household tasks. The ideal candidate is energetic, responsible, and passionate about fostering a positive atmosphere that promotes growth and happiness.

Duties

Provide attentive supervision and care for children, ensuring their safety at all times
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children’s dietary needs and preferences
Engage children in educational activities such as teaching basic skills, reading, arts and crafts, and playtime
Assist with daily routines including bathing, dressing, nap times, and potty training as needed
Perform light cleaning duties related to childcare areas to maintain a tidy environment
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children’s progress, behavior, and any concerns
Experience

Prior experience working with children in a caregiving or teaching capacity is highly preferred
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to cook healthy meals and prepare snacks for children
Proven skills in caregiving, including patience, empathy, and effective communication
Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods
Ability to handle household chores related to childcare responsibly and efficiently
